“When we decided to sell our house we invited three agents to see our property and give us an opinion. Martine Street impressed us by requesting an opportunity to do a walk through before meeting with us. This was something the other agents did not do. She did this to prepare a more comprehensive evaluation of our property. When she met with us to discuss the ideas she had for marketing our little house, which by the way had been in the family for over 50 years, she was enthusiastic and we felt she was honest and interested in working with us. In the marketing of the property she made sure that is was well advertised and she held many open houses during the two months it was on the market.
